2012 – Will it all end?

2012 – Will it all end? Or is this a time of great and positive change?

One thing is clear – each and every one of us can do our part to create the positive changes we want to see in the world.

Be the model or good example of what you believe is the right way to live a balanced, healthy, spiritual, emotionally and physically engaged life.

Avoid criticising or judging others – seek your positive change, but frame it in the positive – what benefits these changes would bring, how these would work, how others could join in.

Criticism and judgement of others’ choices, way of life or “wrongdoing” only adds more harm, more negative energy, more bitterness, anger and hate.

Choose to avoid individuals or organisations you do not agree with, by all means. Choose instead to surround yourself with those people, things, activities and organisations that are positive, life-enhancing and enriching for you.

For the rest – seek to be compassionate, to live and let live –

Yes, you may feel you must act to put a stop to injustices, to protect the helpless and preserve them from harm.

By all means stand up for what you believe in and seek to educate and demonstrate through your words and deeds –

But there must come a time when we eradicate anger, hatred and attacks on others – especially just because they are different!

Surely there are ways of framing our principles and beliefs in positive, life-enhancing terms.

Here is the vital distinction:
– bring to light injustices, harmful activities and negative behaviours, together with your ideas for positive improvements or solutions,
– but do not judge another living being. All are doing the best they know how to do and being the best they currently know how to be – respect and accept the spirit within and lead the way to positive change.

The power of now is the power to live

The power of now is the power to fully live in the present moment –

- not in some kind of passive acceptance or being-ness, but in a live, joyous, active, fully loving state, engaged in co-creating each moment.

It needs a higher, spiritual plan or purpose – a “big picture”
It needs practical “smaller chunk” details
It demands joyous, full-sensory participation in the moment.
It is enhanced by gratitude and appreciation of all the wonders of the now.

Connect with your present reality
Minimise the bad
Enhance the good
Embrace life

Are there any Universal or ultimate truths?

Based on my knowledge and experience over the past 20 years of working with clients, students and on my own healing and clearing, there is very little that is Ultimate Truth – i.e. “truth” is often a matter of perspective.

However, I was reminded of something this week that does seem to be a Universal Truth, and it is something so reassuring and positive that I am moved to offer it to you for consideration now:

Whenever a person finally and completely releases / clears / heals a negative pattern of thinking or behaviour, then the symptoms, problems and pain the pattern previously caused are indeed gone forever.  The situations and painful circumstances are no longer an issue, they stop happening, you are never subject to that kind of pain, confusion, complications, challenges or suffering every again. Since mind, body and spirit are interlinked, this applies to physical illnesses and conditions caused through these stresses too.  Isn’t this wonderful?

The other side of this, is that UNTIL you understand what you need to understand, heal what you need to heal, clear what you need to clear, stop doing or start doing whatever – the same challenges, relationships and circumstances will keep coming up for you.  So, for example, someone with a pattern of being the victim in abusive relationships may “escape” from one abusive relationship only to form a new relationship with a similarly abusive person next time around.

Mind, body and spirit being interlinked, this may also be a factor in physical conditions and ailments that move through families.

Naturally, if this is indeed so, we’d all want to clear those patterns and stop experiencing the pain – and unfortunately there is no easy guidance on what each individual needs to do in order to clear their own patterns.  This is where the many mind, body and spirit therapies, spiritual paths and practices, education and life experience come in, offering ways of finding meaning, making good choices, solving challenges and living happy, healthy, fulfilled lives.

There is no “one size fits all” solution – however as a beneficial guideline I can offer you the following –

1) Formulate and hold in mind the most positive Intention you can have for yourself. (For example: I wish to heal X in myself, I want to release this pattern etc)  Remember to work on yourself – you can’t change others; they have free will too.

2) Ask (Guides, teachers, people who have achieved what you hope for etc) and research for ways to learn, heal or go about moving towards your positive goal.

3) Try out these methods and practices

4) Notice what changes – do these things add meaning, bring healing, move you in your positive direction? I.e. pay attention to feedback and results.

5) Adjust accordingly towards greater health, happiness and wellbeing.

These guidelines do help.

And now for another Truth, which seems to be universal :

1)  When you clear / heal / release a pattern in yourself, this also affects those around you who are or were involved in that same pattern – parents, grandparents, children, partners, friends, co-workers and even strangers –

- because now you are different and interacting differently in the world.

But there’s more – something more wonderful than all of this – and maybe this is the realm of Belief rather than Truth or Certainty, but, in my experience,

*** When you clear something in yourself, you don’t just lose the “problem” – energy frees up, you become a clearer channel for healing, creativity and positive good AND wonderful things happen unexpectedly and easily!

AND

*** When you clear something in yourself, you “lift” something which makes it easier for ALL others (certainly all related in your own family line) to lift it too.

You may know all this already, you may have read these ideas before – spiritual teachers have been expressing these ideas in one way and another for centuries, but if you’re not yet living it, then it bears saying again because this is TRUE!

Enough for now.

When life stresses you, what do you do?

What helps you, or what do you do to cope, at times when the pressures of life start to become too much for you?

I re-read that sentence and it looks like the start of marketing blurb for some wonderful product or course that promises to make you feel “all better”. Well, in case it looks like that to you too – it’s not. This is not a sales letter.

I am curious about whether there is one reliable set of things that anyone could do, or practice or take in, that would relieve stresses and pressures of our 21st century way of life. There do seem to be some reliable practices – ways of exercising, ways of meditating – that might almost suit everyone. They would need to be very easy to do regularly and would need to bring results quickly enough for people to be encouraged to continue after the initial motivation relaxes….

Maybe it is a matter of underlying principles – some exercise of whatever sort to suit the individual, some relaxation, sitting still, stopping, meditating, some breathing exercises – go pick your choice from a menu of options… or..

Take a moment to write down your own answers …………………………….
And then check with yourself – are you doing these things?

~ ~ ~

Okay, suppose we say that anyone of any age, any level of health and fitness, any frame of mind, could manage to “get some fresh air and exercise” to suit, do some kind of meditation, eat a “balanced, healthy diet” to suit…

I suggest that we still need something more, something more individual, some thing or things that make all the difference.

This might even be the most vital thing to have, because if you have this, many of the other things fall into place, or you could manage without them during stressful times if you had to.

What is this “one thing”? Joy? Passion? Zest for life? Motivation? Drive? Purpose? Call it what you want, you’ll know if you have it, and if you don’t – look around for examples in your life of people who do seem to have such a thing:

  • They may be working long hours, taking no apparent rest or holiday time, but very motivated, passionate and joyous about the work they are doing.
  • They may be completely focused and absorbed in whatever project they are working on, or
  • They may be relaxed, easy-going – the kind of person who always seems unruffled, calm and happy, whatever is happening to or around them.

They may be different kinds of people, doing all kind of different things, but the fact that they have this “one thing” will be obvious.

~ ~ ~

So, how could you help yourself, if you are feeling stressed or unable to cope at the moment?
You could either:

  • Research and start practicing healthy living principles regarding exercise, relaxation and nutrition, or
  • Start exploring different things to find something that inspires, motivates and fills you with joyful passion.

Either way you are empowering yourself and on your way to positive solutions!

Win a place on one of our online courses

We offer a selection of 4-week and 8-week online courses, which has evolved through a combination of students’ requests, practicality and personal interests and experience.

Right from the outset we aimed for our online training to be experiential and to include the individual tailoring, support and mentoring for which our live trainings are renowned. Having achieved this and having discovered how much is possible through the ways we’ve evolved for teaching online, I want to extend our programme.

I have some ideas that inspire me – the kinds of trainings I wish I’d had available at various stages along the way – but maybe you have some special learning you yearn for. I want to know what YOU want, especially if you cannot find it in live training in your locality, or if you cannot find it anywhere at all!

And so, because it’s always nice to have something specific to focus towards and something to reward you for your efforts ~ a competition:

How to enter:

All you need to do is suggest an online course subject you would like to learn and email this with your name and email address to Susanna Bellini via our contact form or usual email address.

The subject can be anything you want: as wild or unusual, or specific, or as advanced as you like. You can simply give a course title, or you can include specific details of the skills you’d like to learn related to that subject*.

* The scope of the training we can offer is anything related to shamanic, energy, healing and psychic abilities, and anything related to mind / consciousness skills and abilities. You can also view Susanna Bellini’s background and qualifications if you wish.

If your course is chosen for our programme, the prize you win is a place on your course (or any of our other online courses), which you can take up at any time within the following 12 months. (The value of this prize is currently a maximum of £210 which is the course fee for our 8 week programmes).

I undertake that if your course is inspiring, positive and if it is genuinely possible for me to teach the skills online, I will rise to the challenge and design it for you. In fact it will be a pleasure! :)

This competition closes on 31st May, which gives me June to consider the applications and possibilities and July and August to design the training ready to launch in September.

I just announced this competition in our Shamanic Energy Healing newsletter and I’ve already received some high quality, well considered entries. I am encouraged and inspired by the interest and I am looking forward to reading your creative ideas!

Are you getting the most from your training?

Teachers teach skills and share insights and experience. Good teachers also have very high aims, goals and standards for their students.

How these will be applied: how receptive the student is to receiving and integrating them and how and where they will apply them, is up to the student.

If you are considering investing in training then cost, location, dates etc. are considerations; course subject and content is more important, but most important and beneficial of all is to think through these questions:

Why do you want to do this course / learn these skills?

It could be “just for fun and interest”, but it is generally best for your learning to have a “big picture” reason, some kind of purpose in mind within your life plan.

What do you hope to gain from doing this course?

Social interaction? Specific skills? A certificate to allow you to go into Practice?
Being clear about your aims up front helps you to make a good decision about whether this training can deliver these for you.

How will you apply the things you learn?

If you don’t use the skills you’ll learn, you’ll soon lose them, and that’s a waste of your training investment. Make sure you have a good, practical and realistic post-course plan in place.

How can you do your part to make the most of your training?

Will you clear your course time, so that you can focus on the training without distractions? Will you clear or set aside any mental or emotional concerns, so that you can be fully present and engaged in the training?

When you can give good answers to the above questions and have decided on a course and teacher that fits for you, go ahead and book your place.

Now, (if you didn’t already fill in the detail in the course of answering the above) –

Revisit all these questions again and map out specifics for yourself, fill in the details. This investment in yourself and your training experience will reward you 1000-fold both during and after your training experience and for the rest of your life.

Finding and exploring time doorways

Visit any time period, without needing a time machine…

Exploring “Time Doorways” is one of the most fascinating, amazing, yet real skills and experiences you can enjoy, and now you can learn this skill online.

Living in York, UK, which has always been an important centre of human activity, I am fortunate to have a long and interesting history to explore and plenty of maps and other historical documents available to confirm my findings.  York has also been a good place to run workshops and practitioner trainings in ESP and energy-related skills, for the same reason – quick positive feedback is often available for students.

However, interesting history and ways of confirming your impressions is available wherever you may live – you just may have to do a little more detective work to confirm your impressions.  Then again, sometimes the information is so interesting, useful, effective or accurate in itself, that the historic details around it don’t really matter.  So if you’re interested – have a go – and maybe the best attitude to have is to learn for fun, interest and to expand your mind.

Methods of discovering information from other times and places

There are all kinds of ways in which it is possible to “see” into different times and places and gain accurate information, which can later be verified.

One well documented method is “remote viewing”, a method which offers the benefits of scientific rigor and I incorporate elements of this methodology in my new online training. Remote viewing as currently taught is quite a lengthy process. However, there are easer, different and faster ways to access all kinds of different times and places.

For example: there are places of “shift” where it is easily possible to access other time periods. You just need to know how to find and activate them to safely open up the wealth of information available.

These are methods I have quietly enjoyed, explored and developed for years, for my own interest, and taught to others only if the subject has come up during our shamanic practitioner trainings and advanced courses.  Some of my methods may overlap with what others do, and other ways seem to be unusual or even unique. Certainly I can’t find anyone else effectively demonstrating or teaching these skills in these ways.

These are fascinating and effective skills and I feel sure that if I teach them, other creative and practical minds can put them to some very positive and life-enriching purposes.   It also seems especially important to offer to share them at this time, as part of the spiritual evolution of this time.

So I have put together an online course teaching different ways of accessing other time frames and the most useful state of mind and energy to be in to access them and recall the information and experience.  I am teaching this now, because I now have sufficient experience and have “road-tested” different ways to make these things sufficiently safe, effective and reliable to ethically teach over the internet.

If you are interested in learning these skills online, here are the links to our Time Doorways course information and online course booking

Create a solid foundation first

Good, safe, thorough grounding in energy work is essential to avoid pitfalls, problems and long detours down blind alleys.  While the way I teach is designed to be safe and effective, people starting out or with limited experience would do well to make sure they have a good grounding before undertaking any of the courses we mark as “advanced”.

If you are not sure whether you have sufficient skills and experience in place to do this training you can check your energy skills here.  If you need training in energy work essentials, plus an introduction to shamanic principles and practices, our online Practical Shamanism course or our Shamanic Energy weekend covers these essentials.

Listen to the earth - Meditate on compassion

What is Shamanix?

Shamanix is a system drawn from ancient and traditional spiritual and shamanic teachings; a synthesis, a distillation and something which is evolving forward. I called it “Shamanix” because it does not follow any one tradition or belief system, but is more shamanic in nature, than any other “label”. It has evolved through 40 years of study, training and life experience.

Shamanix has three underlying principles – the wording changes as my own understanding flows and is currently:

Everything is energy and has its own form of consciousness
Everything is interconnected
Communication, love, acceptance and balance are the keys

The aim and essence of this shamanic system and training is to move harmoniously with awareness, mutual respect, communication and balance, as part of the whole.

My aim during Shamanix training is to teach skills which help you to:

• Develop greater awareness through developing all your senses
• Clear, let go, heal any blocks, pain, faulty thinking or whatever else may be in the way of your being your truest, best self
• Reconnect and communicate on all levels, with all kinds of consciousness.
• Find your own unique place, path and contribution for this lifetime, in balance and harmonious interconnection with everything else.

Shamanix is not a belief system, apart from the principles above.
It is not a patchwork of different systems either.
It is more a stripping away of everything that is in the way of true perception, communication and positive evolution.
Shamanix is not a spiritual Mission or Path; it aims to connect you with yours and equips you to move powerfully along your path.
Shamanix does not involve prescribed tools and rituals, but teaches the principles behind these.
Shamanix is not an “escape”, everything becomes more real, more spiritual and more here-and-now, rather than off somewhere else.

Shamanix is my contribution: teaching my real skills and experience, helping you to develop yours.

Shamanix is taught as a weekend or 8 week online groundwork, followed by a choice of three practitioner trainings which focus on different aspects of shamanic work, while providing recognised qualifications for those who need them to go into practice. Oneness

Oneness ~ can be like a blazing white light, so brilliant, so bright, you cannot look into it – all goes white, like an explosion permeating every cell of your body.

Oneness can explode into a richness of bright, velvety, succulent colours, feeling like tingles in every cell, alive and vibrant.

Oneness can sound like bells and singing, voices calling, a sigh of delight, a waterfall, a ripple of sounds exquisite.

Oneness can feel like being swept off your feet and rippled through with pleasure ~ blown away ~ feeling so alive, feeling so relaxed, feeling like you’ve exploded apart and all the little pieces of your consciousness ~ your thoughts ~ every cell is like a golden speck of light in a sea of other golden, silver, multi-coloured specks of energy in a sea of pure consciousness.

And in such a state you can feel out through every part of yourself, a connection with all-that-is,

Touching spirit, touching light

And looking out at the endless reaches of space, galaxies of stars, points of light ~

All consciousness, purity, light, spirit, love ~

Love in a way so transcendent it is, just Oneness.

Such a blessing!

A benediction of truth, a realization:  all these points are me, all these other points of light are you and everyone else, all the other forms of consciousness and Love.

Oneness is like a beating heart, pulsing light and sound and feeling through it all –

Is this something separate?

Is this God, or Goddess or Spirit, benevolently overseeing, inter-feeling all?  Looking down lovingly, holding us in a loving embrace?

Or is this the product of all of us?

Is the highest essence of each of us, our souls, each individual, each part of the One – is this what creates Oneness?  Unity, Love, Spirit?

Is this what we create when we are our highest, best, spiritual selves?
