I woke around 4am with the weather so stormy today! Wild winds and rain gusting around the house. At first I dance with the storm, but it is too wild and throws me around. I am with the weather. Not trying to change or calm anything. Simply witnessing – we have done more than [...] 
Spirit of the changing times, Spirit of 2012: What do you want from me? What do I want from you? Where are we journeying in this year of change and what is my part within this flow? Waking on January 1st with these thoughts in mind, I sense the energy of the day, [...] Feel the flow of negative energies, empathise, feel sorrow – but then transform, dream ideas, healing, creative solutions, dream new dreams, feel and move the energies somewhere new and hopeful. The more things seem to get worse, the more you must become determined, strong, demand and create positive change. Do not lose yourself in debate [...] Live in the light Reconnect with nature Reconnect with whatever lifts and energises you. Reconnect with yourself – the hopes and dreams you started with. If you are not living them, make a new and sincere promise to yourself that you will start to do so now.
